如何通过plugins支持giscus评论系统

当前按照https://blog.oniuo.com/theme-inside/docs/comments 中的配置方式新增giscus评论系统：system-thoughts/system-thoughts.github.io@9bb166b

当前存在两个问题：

1. giscus评论系统无法生效
2. 原本的disqus貌似未被禁止

需要手动注释掉默认的 comment 设置

默认的comment设置已经注释掉了哈，请见这次提交：

未注释之前，确实disqus.js在console中报错，注释掉之后没有这块报错了，但giscus插件也未使能

showcase：https://blog.oniuo.com/theme-inside/docs/comments 提示在_config,yml中新增plugins中的js，参考了下主题的_config.yml，应该是_config.inside.yml中的plugins新增js，之前修改的是全局。

当前提交system-thoughts/system-thoughts.github.io@f3979df 修改的是_config.inside.yml中的plugins 并注释掉comments，仍然无法显示评论
