Scroll position doesn't load correctly if it is [scrollTop: 0,scrollLeft: 0]

We check to see if it is the default mapMetaData with this code in canvas.component.ts:

if (this.initialScrollPosition.x === 0 && this.initialScrollPosition.y === 0) {
this._centerStage();
} else {
this.scrollTo(this.initialScrollPosition);
}

If the scroll position is supposed to be 0,0 though, we should not recenter
