Would support for angles, e.g. radians, degrees, grads etc be within scope for this library? I believe radians are the SI unit for measuring angles.

Definitely. Once #78 is complete an Angle quantity can be added. Currently a dimensionless quantity, Ratio, already exists which is blocking the creation of Angle.
