Describe the bug
Scaling the Anamnesis window down causes parts of the UI to disappear behind the title bar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Launch Anamnesis
Scale window down

Expected behaviour
Contents of the title bar should not scale.

Log file
No log file- is a UI error. Breaking my own rule:
