it can be hard to use Anamnesis on small screens

I had an idea of being able to minimize the window into a little button that's always on top, sort of like a hotbar button that you can move around and once you press it, it opens the window on top; only appearing on top of the window of the game, just like ACT overlays that expand and minimize with a button.
