Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Rando checkbox may not be intuitive so a slider with a tooltip may be better, unless we address how the Animation control is presented and get more UI real estate to work with.

Describe the solution you'd like
Change the checkboxes for enabling pose mode and animation mode into slider toggles.
