Payment method switching bug in frontend (from Stripe to another)

User Story

As a developer and tester, I want payment gateway switching bug in frontend to be corrected (Option-Based Form Editor, from Stripe to another).

When user switches payment method from Stripe and presses "Donate now" button before new form is loaded, an error message "Please enter a name of your credit card account holder" appears. It can be possible if new form loads not so fast.

Expected Behavior

Ideally first should go payment gateways list and contact data after. If is it impossible to do - "Donate now" button in Stripe form should be hidden or deactivated during payment gateways switching process.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter name and e-mail when Stripe is active
2. Switch to Paypal or another payment method
3. Press Donate Now button immediately
4. View error
