初始化后执行销毁函数，发生错误，提示数组越界，直接退出app

I do encounter the same issue (I guess):

Fatal Exception: NSRangeException
Cannot remove an observer <VolumeControl 0x281114d20> for the key path "outputVolume" from <AVAudioSession 0x283815fd0> because it is not registered as an observer.
