Sorting by highest number of rows (because these are most likely to be 1 person/row), the military dataset looks quite simple, and flights is another option.
If we wanted something health-related, there's simpsons_paradox_covid, but this only has 3 variables. Alternatively, Fertility is a bit more complicated and includes race information.
At any rate, I can close this comment, and will open a new issue for this.
