Describe the problem

As reported on #34, without insider knowledge, a user would not be able to successfully connect to habitat using info from inspec-habitat. The connection information is in train-habitat.

Possible Solution

Update README to include links to Train readme

Update resources to include boilerplate text regarding connecting to Habitat.
