Cost-Buddy does not show data correctly.

Good afternoon my name is adrian, I have a problem with the way that cost-buddy shows the data, for example in the master console which is where I implement the cost-buddy it does not show me the data correctly and in some fields it shows N / A, on child consoles it does not show the data either. Why is this? I would appreciate your answer, thank you very much.
