EPIC: Streamline User Onboarding

Description: Currently, when a user signs up for the application after creating their username and password for their account, they are prompted via a modal to create a ChangeMaker (Standard User), ExchangePartner (Business), ServePartner (Project). We would like to update the sign up flow so that when first signing up the user will be required to setup the Change Maker profile. Once they have completed the creation of their account and change maker profile, they will then have the option to create a business, project, or both. They can choose to skip and not create a business or a project. If they partially complete the creation of their ChangeMaker, Business, or Project they will be prompted to complete the process upon signing up again. If they have not finished the creation of their Change Maker profile, they must complete this before doing anything else in the app.

New Description: Currently, when a user signs up for the application after creating their username and password for their account, they are prompted via a modal to create a ChangeMaker (Standard User), ExchangePartner (Business), ServePartner (Project). We would like to update the sign up flow so that when first signing up the user will be required to setup the Change Maker profile. Once the user register as a change maker, the red dot will appear on the hamburger icon and the user account dropdown to indicate where to navigate to find place to register business and create projects.

If they partially complete the creation of their ChangeMaker, Business, or Project they will be prompted to complete the process upon signing up again. If they have not finished the creation of their Change Maker profile, they must complete this before doing anything else in the app.
