feat: ion-input end and start slots for prefix/affix

Describe the Feature Request

I would like to have an icon/button before or after an input. Currently this breaks an input layout completly when using new label prop/slot. Would be nice to have this to do something like this.

Describe the Use Case

Having two new slots would introduce a new feature to have the abbility to add a prefix or affix to input elements for icons or something like that.

Describe Preferred Solution

Start and end slots.

Thanks for the issue. I am going to close this as a duplicate of #26297. The linked issue mentions icons, but developers should be able to slot any content in.
