Where is the IPFS and libp2p product roadmap?

For the last 2 days I've had 2 distinct groups of people external to Protocol Labs asking where can they see the product roadmaps for libp2p and IPFS. BTW, these are groups of people that have been observing and using IPFS / libp2p for months..

I pointed them to these resources:

2. What can we do to make these (or others that answer these questions) more visible and findable?

I think https://github.com/ipfs/roadmap/ is the best place to point people for ipfs roadmap now that it exists! WIP to get all the content there, but should be a central place to understand priorities and next steps across the project.
