consider burst properties in ionosphere computation for TOPS stack processor

Dear ISCE developers,

Is it possible to use the "consider burst properties in ionosphere computation" parameter from topsApp.py, but for the TOPS stack processor?

I run the stack processor with the ionospheric correction on, but it only corrects the long-wavelength signals, not the jumps between the bursts, as shown in this example.

The data set is descending acquired at the Salar de Atacama basin in Northern Chile. As you can see the area is very prone to ionospheric signals.
