Description
After the "unconfirmed service provider" changes the ЄДРПОУ on the "edit facility" page, the workshops appear in the search. And the service provider that had the status "Потребує підтвердження" before the change receives the status "Потребує повторного підтвердження".

Preconditions

1. Go to https://oos.dmytrominochkin.cloud/#/.
2. A service provider page that is not yet a verified administrator is required.

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in to a service provider page that is not yet a verified administrator.
2. Go to the "Інформація про заклад" tab.
3. Click the "Редагувати" button.
4. Change the ЄДРПОУ to a new one.
5. Click the "Далі" > "Далі" > "Зберегти" button.

Actual result
The message "Заклад успішно відредаговано" is displayed on the screen.
The status of the service provider changes to "Потребує повторного підтвердження".
Workshops of the service provider become available in the search without confirmation by the administrator.

Expected result
The screen displays the notification "Заклад успішно відредаговано".
The status of the service provider does not change.
Workshops of the service provider remain unavailable in the search.
