Create a facade endpoint for parent to return a list of his/her children and for each child - a list of workshops with application status "Зараховано", "Очікує підтвердження", "Прийнято до конкурсного відбору" only.
The workshops should have short info as in story#169.
p.s. This task is dependent on closing this PR
