[Registration page] Inappropriate error message appears after entering too short data in the 'Email' field

Environment: Windows Server, Chrome 92.
Reproducible: always
Build found: last commit from 09.09.2021/21:50 http://auth.oos.dmytrominochkin.cloud/

Preconditions
Registration page is opened (http://oos.dmytrominochkin.cloud/#/ >> click on 'Увійти/Зареєструватися' >> click on 'Зареєструватися')

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter valid data in 'Прізвище', 'Ім'я', 'По-батькові', 'Телефон', 'Пароль', 'Повторити пароль' fields.
2. Mark checkbox “Мені є 18 років”.
3. Mark checkbox "Реєструючись я погоджуюсь з ПРАВИЛАМИ КОРИСТУВАННЯ та надаю згоду на обробку персональних даних.".
4. Set too short value in 'Емейл' field (e.g. [email protected])
5. Pay attention to the error message at the bottom of the 'Email' field

Actual result
After entering too short data in the 'Email' field on the Registration page the user is created.

Expected result
An appropriate error message 'Please enter valid email' appears after entering too short data in the 'Email' field on the Registration page. The user is not created.
