[SP/User Personal Cabinet] Message is not sent after pressing "Enter" #2565

Environment: Windows 11 Home, browser: Google Chrome 125.0.6422.77
Reproducible: Always
Build found: "commit b2b405b"

Preconditions

  1. The site https://oos.dmytrominochkin.cloud/#/ is opened
  2. User is registered as SP/Parent
  3. Chat has already been created between SP and Parent

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to 'Кабінет користувача/надавача'
  2. Click on 'Повідомлення' tab
  3. Open one of created chats
  4. Enter some text into the message field
  5. Press "Enter"

Actual result
New line started in the message field.

Expected result
Message is sent. "Enter" works the same as 'Надіслати' button
"Shift+Enter" starts new line in the message field
