Can only play medium quality in all instances

Open https://inv.tux.pizza/ or other instance, and select any video. Open the quality setting, and there is only "medium" option. There are not logs for this issue, but I would assume invidious would support 720p for most videos.

YouTube recently removed the 720p option when not using DASH.

You should enable DASH (on an instance that allows it) to receive qualities of 720p and higher
