Error Installing on HA #4

Hi, I am trying to add this to the HA add-on store which goes OK. However, when I try to install it fails and I get the following error..

The command '/bin/ash -o pipefail -c pip3 install --upgrade pip' returned a non-zero code: 1

Any ideas?
