Can't set path for resources.

Hi!

You did really a great job by creating this library.

But I can't find anyway to set path for resources directory when I try to use the viewer demo in my project. Do I miss something?

Then I tried to copy and override dwv.gui.base.appendHelpHtml function in /src/gui/help.js.
It worked, but somehow I still wish to request a feature that provides possibility to set the path for resources directory.
