About data folder

I still don't know how to create data folder after reading the previous questions,and i want to know how the files in the folder are generated and what the format is.

It would be better to answer your question if you ask more specific questions. The format is pickle file and each pickle file is the tuple of two rdkit objects about a protein and a ligand
