Jakarta XML Web Services project
Jakarta XML Web Services defines a means for implementing XML-Based Web Services based on Jakarta SOAP with Attachments and Jakarta Web Services Metadata.

While this makes it clear that jax-ws-api is related to Jakarta XML Web Services, this does not indicate what this project contains.

I am new to Java and far from being familiar with jax-ws, but at first sight, this project contains declarations of Jakarta XML Web Services's API (equivalent to C's header files).

By the way, it would be even better if the README could situate this project relative to other Jakarta XML Web Services projects like jaxws-ri and jaxws-rt, or link to a page which does that.
