YouTube-HD No Longer Auto-Selecting Quality #9

Not sure when, but some time ago (within the month at least) the addon stopped auto-selecting quality.

I used to have it select highest quality every time and it worked perfectly, but it doesn't do that longer.
Often have 4K videos playing in 720p or 1080p.
