This only applies to running locally and doesn't impact the module when it's published to NPM.
@izakfilmalter had failures when running 6.5.11. Current known version is 8.60.

Version 7 seems to be where its at. This isn't a requirement of running RMWC, only the dev server so it's not enforced via the engines key in package.json.
