Æther Syntax issue

[Dabil]

Need to write an import exception for card lists where cards begin with the 'Æ' character. Will also need an exception in deck lists editor for this character. The 'Æ' should probably be converted to 'AE'. Gatherer accepts this syntax in the deck search.

Effected cards are: Æther Adept, Æther Barrier, Æther Burst, Æther Charge, Æther Figment, Æther Flash, Æther Membrane, Æther Mutation, Æther Rift, Æther Shockwave, Æther Snap, Æther Spellbomb, Æther Sting, Æther Storm, Æther Tide, Æther Tradewinds, Æther Vial, Æther Web, Ætherflame Wall, Æthermage's Touch, Ætherplasm, Æthersnipe, Æthertow, Arm of the Æther, Azorius Æthermage, and about 10 other cards.
