dns_resolve_reverse_ipv6 Failed under Win7/Python2.7/VC2008 #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?

import event               
import ipaddr # from http://code.google.com/p/ipaddr-py/
def myIPv6back(result, t, ttl, addrs, *args):
     if( 0 != result):  
          print("Error looking up address.\n") 
          return False 
     if( type(addrs) == str):
          print args,addrs
     else:
          for adds in addrs:
               ip_int =0
               for char in adds:
                    ip_int  = (ip_int << 8) +  ord(char) # Ag > 
               ip  = ipaddr.IPv6Address(ip_int)
               print ip
               event.dns_resolve_reverse_ipv6(adds,0,myIPv6back,ip)
