Can't run tcevent.py in Windows #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After calling the config file, simulation should start. But it won't. 


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Python 2.7 on Windows

Please provide any additional information below.
I've been trying to run tcevent.py but keeps on getting the error (see 
attached.) All needed files are saved in the directory.

That attachment is imminently unhelpful. Here's the text depicted in the screenshot of a cmd.exe shell:

C:\Python2.7\lib\site-packages\matplotlib\__init__.py:1151: UserWarning: This call to matplotlib.use() has no effect
because the backend has already been chosen;
matplotlib.use() must be called *before* pylab, matplotlib.pyplot,
or matplotlib.backends is imported for the first time.

  warnings.warn(_use_error_msg)
