Add option to attempt to install missing LaTeX packages from command line. #31

The packages that will be needed to render "latexTable" tables in LaTeX.

First, see if there is a standard way to install the packages. If so, write a function to do it. Test the function in Windows and Ubuntu. Then, when the absence of those packages is detected, ask user if she wants to try installing those packages.

Write test for all of this.
