Marinade: 66g soy sauce, 540g Guinness, 78g shallots, 6 table spoons treacle, 6 garlic gloves, 3 tea spoons Worcestershire sauce, 24g black pepper, 6 table spoons ketchup, 3 tea spoons balsamic vinegar and 3 tea spoons wholegrain mustard 😋
