185g BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Worchester sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
Mix all together in the slow cooker
Add chicken breast and turn to coat
On high 3-4 hours
Take chicken out and shred using 2 forks put back in the sauce for another 10 mins
