Test if adding load cells will allow me to monitor the gas level. Suggestion by @GuySie on Twitter.

Great article on creating a smart scale](https://ebom.com/2018/06/esp8266-wi-fi-smart-scale/) which I found really helpful for wiring. They also created a useful 3D print to hold the load cell in which may come in useful.
