Redesign U+1F985 Eagle to be consistent with other vendors

The Eagle emoji (https://github.com/jdecked/twemoji/blob/main/assets/svg/1f985.svg) is currently depicted as only the bust of an eagle, while all other major vendors follow a common design of a full-body left-facing eagle with its wings spread and legs extended forward as if attacking. https://emojipedia.org/eagle#designs
I believe this emoji should be redesigned for the sake of consistency with other platforms.
