Use a single-seater as racing car emoji?

Would it be possible to change the design of the racing car emoji?
Now it seems like a Nascar race car:

Would be way more recognizable from all over the world by making it an open-wheel, single-seater, F1-like racing car:

• Nascar is mostly followed in the USA, while F1 has spectators from all over the world
• in order to move towards standardized representation (as stated in another issue here), the majority of other implementations represent a racing car with an open-wheel, single-seater, F1 racing car: https://emojipedia.org/racing-car/#designs
• one of the available shortcuts for the racing car is :f1: (at least on Telegram)
