support for ws281x on rpi5 in hyperion ng

Hi, i have successfully tested lights on rpi 5 using this wiki - https://github.com/jgarff/rpi_ws281x/wiki/Raspberry-Pi-5-Support. Thanks for that, but the question is, is it possible to to somehow compile the hyperion ng with this support? I have tried that, but i still get the message about the hardware revision is not supported... but maybe someone who understands all this staff can get better results than me.)
