At what point should we start writing unit tests? I haven't been really writing any to try and get this going a faster, but I find myself making a dumb mistake here and there that I think unit tests would have caught.

Do we want to start investing in them earlier on with the possibility of the MVP taking longer to complete? Or just piggy back to them later when we feel we're at an ok stage?
