議題 1:使用 XAMPP 的 MYSQL 還是用 ORACLE XE
最後解決方案:使用 XAMPP 的 MYSQL
原因:ORACLE XE 的使用者帳號密碼過一段時間再輸入會說無法認證儘管輸入的帳密是對的
