I almost feel like these should be done in a separate repository. uug-weekly-demos or something like that. Each week is its own branch and there's a setup tag and a destroy tag. We use something like the existing Ansible wrapper but instead of /etc/os-release, we use date '+%GW%V'

Any attempt at destroy should not remove things that were present before the demo.

After almost a year with this tracking bug open, we're no closer to understanding what it means. If we have a specific thing to implement, let's track that when it happens.
