Hi guys,

help would be really appreciated, because my tbsync is running successfully but no entries are shown.

Let me know if you need further infos.

Many Thanks!!
Eduard

Your environment

TbSync version: 4.8
EAS-4-TbSync version: 4.8
Thunderbird version: 115.12.2

Expected behavior

TB Sync runs and calender/tasks/contacts are shown in the respective view

Actual behavior

TB Sync syncs without any error or problems. It can even read all calender names and they are selectable over the gui. Connection to the server is successfull. Howver, when showing the calender, no entries at all are visible.

Logs do not show any errors. ResponseHeader say:
responseHeader(MS-ASProtocolVersions): 2.0,2.1,2.5,12.0,12.1,14.0,14.1,16.0,16.1
responseHeader(MS-ASProtocolCommands): Sync,SendMail,SmartForward,SmartReply,GetAttachment,GetHierarchy,CreateCollection,DeleteCollection,MoveCollection,FolderSync,FolderCreate,FolderDelete,FolderUpdate,MoveItems,GetItemEstimate,MeetingResponse,Search,Settings,Ping,ItemOperations,Provision,ResolveRecipients,ValidateCert,Find

Thus, permissions should be fine

Steps to reproduce

Just start syncing with the outlook.office365.com server.

Same here on a current Fedora 40 with Thunderbird 128.2.0esr (flatpak).

Calendar entries added in Office365 after setting up calendar sync appear in thunderbird, but all the already existing ones are still missing.

Are these old entries, which are older than 6 months and not shown in the default config? Check the options tab of the TbSync account.

No, I'm talking about any past or future events. After logging in and synchronizing, I'm looking at completely empty calendars.

I also have this. Was working fine, opened Thunderbird and calendar had gone.
Same error in debug log but otherwise no errors in gui.

Are all of you using the Flatpack version of Thunderbird? Or Snap?

I have tried v115 from ppa:mozillateam/ppa in Kubuntu 24.04 as well as a downloaded archive from www.thunderbird.net. Not flatpak or snap.

Since I have not changed the version for TB115 and this is reported by users of the OLD version for TB115 and the NEW version for TB128, Microsoft changed something. I fear this is out of my control.

I'm using the regular RPM of Thunderbird from the Fedora repos.

So far I haven't had the issue on a Windows 10 installation of thunderbird using the same account. Only my main fedora system.

I have exactly the same problem. Endeavour OS, TB115.15.0-bb32 from AUR, EAS 4.8, TBSync 4.8.

Same here - no events displayed at all - old or new. Had been working fine - until it recently started "unchecking" resources to sync - I'd recheck the desired resources and it wound re-sync events. Now events do not display at all.

For the current mass-reported issue, please move over to
#274 (comment)

The current mass-reported issue seems to be only affecting calendars, but not tasks or contacts, which is different from this reported issue.
