When synchronizing calendars, all calendar entries are regularly lost. The calendar has also disappeared from the available resources. I then always have to deactivate the account and then reactivate it and initiate a new sync. The entries are then restored. This works as a workaround, but is annoying in the long run.
To help resolving your issue, enable debug logging (TbSync Account Manager -> Help) and send me the debug.log via e-mail (use the title of your issue as subject of the email).
