Fetch full content improvements

There's a toggle in the settings "Sticky full content" that works on per-feed basis. I like that, it works almost perfectly.

However, in some feeds, like lobste.rs when I want to view comments I have to uncheck the "full content" in the article view, so the link to the comments would appear. Then, when I move to the next article in the lobste.rs feed I have to re-enable "full content" to read the article. It gets old pretty quickly:

I would like to be able to set the default behavior on per feed basis, so I could always fetch full content for the specific feed, and if I toggled it off in a specific article, it would be toggled back on the next time I open this article, or when I move to the next article.
