When I close a tab in Chrome, Sidewise still lists it as an open tab. Happening consistently.
Chrome Version 39.0.2171.95 (64-bit) on Mac OS 10.10.1.

I'm not sure if this is a feature or a bug, but not being able to choose the behaviour is annoying.

SideWise might as well be abandonware FFS.

Have you activated the setting enable-fast-unload in chrome? I found that this setting was incompatible with Sidewise. See #70
