Hi,

whilst this plugin is a very good idea, it renders all other security measurements useless it seems.

At the moment i have activated this plugin anyone can enter ANY malicious URL which would be normally filtered by Google Safe Search or Phishtank 2.0 Plugins.

Can you please fix your code so it does not directly create the short URL once a site is just reachable but passes it to the other checks ?
