falls back to DjangoTestSuiteRunner on older versions of django.

Apologies for the very late reply. I'm not in a position to maintain this project any longer. If someone wants to take over and become the official fork, I'm happy to update this repo to direct people there.

@jpellerin, how about moving the project to jazzband? Jazzband is a project to share responsibility for administration of open source projects and django-nose2 looks like a good candidate.
