Hey guys. We're probably going to need to refer to the html5shiv in the Bootstrap docs/examples (see twbs/bootstrap#10989). Now, we could use cdnjs for this, since they're already hosting a copy of the shiv, but I think it's only polite to give you guys right of first refusal before we add a reference to a different CDN in the docs.

For Bootstrap we should use the latest version ideally
