NetBox version
4.1.10

Describe the bug
Unable to start netbox once installed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Follow install steps
Enable in configuration
Restart netbox and services fail
See error

Expected behavior
Services start and can access netbox and utilize plugin.
