Convert to Typescript

In an attempt to better understand this code I'm currently trying to convert it to Typescript. You can see the progress at https://github.com/playest/togetherts

For now I try to change the code as little as possible to avoid introducing any bug. In the feature I plan to try to make the code cleaner and to improve the experience.
