Plots being saved to disk incorrectly #42

  • Main Issue: Anytime I save my plots to disk, some things are always either cut off a little bit or a lot, like colorbars, or axis tick numbers. The 4 pictures I have attached show this to varying degrees.
    • Are there merely undocumented system-wide, or MATLAB-wide settings that need to change that fix this? That would be the easiest solution.
  • Additionally, these errors are exacerbated when I'm running a simulation not using a full MATLAB GUI Command Window. What I mean is, when running sims either on the cluster or through the command line, the pictures are much lower resolution, as are the fonts, and the cutoffs I describe above are worse.
