[Fetch1075] Too many TF ERROR shows while roseus interpreter #1780

When running a roseus interpreter for fetch, Too many TF Error shows up and cannot use the interpreter.

Warning: TF_REPEATED_DATA ignoring data with redundant timestamp for frame base_link at time 1678339479.838839 according to authority unknown_publisher
         at line 278 in /tmp/binarydeb/ros-noetic-tf2-0.7.6/src/buffer_core.cpp

This shows up on the remove noetic PC but does not show up when running the interpreter on the internal melodic PC.

can you check if your computer's ntp time is synchronized with fetch?

How to check time syncronization?

These errors show up even after synchonize machines with chrony.
